This will be a blog on my first ever Skyline experience back in July 2016 up in the Lakes. I thought I had done enough to get round in good shape but it was brutal. Really brutal. The weather was warm and i didn't eat enough or drink enough and i just wanted to stop, several times. I done a recce of the entire course, including Pinnacle Ridge but on the day it beat me!!

This is going to be a blog post on my first mountain marathon which I took part in last year. It took place over the weekend of the 6 and 7th of August last year at Bowhill Estate in the Scottish Boarders.
