My trail running training updates
I wanted to keep a track of my weekly training history, so here it is. I've got the obligatory training apps, Strava and Garmin, but i find that these are too stat heavy. I like what these apps give me but its what they don't provide. I just want to keep a weekly written view of what I have done, how I feel, any niggles, that kind of thing. Anyway, here it is.
