Trail running adventures
I've been trail running now since mid 2015 and totally fallen head over heals for it. I can't get enough of it, simple as that. And I guess if you are reading this then you kinda know how I feel.
Only if you're interested...
I've been living in London now since 2001. I either love the place or this city has totally brainwashed me. Sometimes I can't work out which it is. What I do know is, as amazing as London is, for all its cool places, contradictions and coffee shops, I find the older I get the stronger the pull is to get out and explore the wilds of the UK and beyond. All I know is that if I didn't do this running thing, I think I would slowly go bonkers.

Some of the stuff i've done recently
- I've completed various winter routes in Scotland including Comb Gully and Green Gully
- I finished 11th in the RatRace one day race event across Scotland in 2015
- I managed a sub 12 hours Lakes Skyline in July 2016 which almost killed me off
- I managed a sub 12 hour Glencoe Skyline in September 2016 which was a much more pleasant experience
- I finished 8th overall in the 2017 Montane Spine Challenger
- I did a sub 4 hour South Downs trail marathon time
