Went out for a run with my brother in law this morning. Ended up doing a loop about 12k long, 5:10/km at around 1:02. Felt good after the cycle on the sunday and the beer the previous night. No niggles. Also did a 3k tempo run at 90% towards the end which felt good. Need to get the strength back in the legs though, couldn't keep that up for long!!
